Delivery time: Up to 4 days after dispatch

Non-Customized Orders
Processing time: 4–5 business days
Delivery time: Up to 4 days after dispatch

Business days exclude weekends and public holidays.

Once an order enters the processing stage, it cannot be cancelled.

Re-shipping of Returned Orders

  • Incorrect address
  • Refusal to accept delivery

Re-shipping charges will be borne by the customer.

Same-Day / One-Day Delivery (Local Services)

Customers may opt for services like Porter, Borzo, or similar providers for urgent deliveries.

  • All charges must be borne by the customer
  • House Of Risme handles only standard shipping
